Please read all policies before scheduling. By booking an appointment with Ikea Beauty, you agree to the policies listed below:

• Appointment Confirmation : A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. The deposit will go toward the total cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. 

• Rescheduling Policy: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time. Rescheduling within 24 hours will require a new deposit. 

• Late Policy: If you are running late to your appointment, please try your best to communicate with me. If you arrive 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

• Same-Day Cancellations: Same-day Cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

• No Call/No Show : If you are a no call/no show for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged the full amount of the service and potentially banned from booking. Please communicate if you are not going to make it to your appointment. We will be more than glad to reschedule your appointment.​

• Guest Policy: To maintain a relaxing environment & stay on schedule, no extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced.

• Service Satisfaction : Client Satisfaction is important.Please communicate any concerns within 24 hours of the service, so adjustments can be made if necessary.

• Payment : The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Accepted payments include : Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, & Cash App.

• Right to Refuse Service : I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful,inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.
